Billy Zane Bikes to Fred Segal

Billy Zane decided to do a bit of shopping in LA yesterday, and decided to take the green route by riding his bike to the Fred Segal store.

I’d like to take this time to thank Billy. Thanks to him, I urbandictionary’d “Foppish Dandy”. That’s because that’s the first phrase that came to mind when I saw these pictures, and I wanted to make sure the definition in my head matched the actual definition of the term. And hey, guess what? Billy Zane is totally a foppish dandy!
