Celebs Speak Out Against Prop 8 Hate

As you’ve probably heard, the Supreme Court of California ruled 6-1 that Prop 8 will stay (meaning that gays and lesbians will no longer have the right to marry or benefit from the tax and other incentives that marriage offers). People all over the world were pretty pissed about this news, and the protests began.

There were two pretty big ones in So. California the other night, one in Santa Monica and the other in Los Angeles. Lots of celebs came out to both events to show their support to the LBGT community, including Pete Wentz, Haylie Duff, Drew Barrymore, Perez Hilton, Emmy Rossum, Kathy Griffith and Shanna Moakler.
