David Schwimmer Sells Hancock Park Mansion
According to reports, ‘Friends’ star David Schwimmer has sold his Hancock Park residence for $8.8 million after previously listing it at $10.7 million dollars. Originally listed late last year, after a few months on the market the asking price was dropped to $10.2 million.
The 11,000 square foot Mediterranean-style mansion which was built in the 1920’s and designed by architectural firm Koemer & Gage, boasts 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms with a sizable lawn, a resort-style pool, spa and a patio. Some of the features of this grand estate include 5 fireplaces, a butlers area, a wood-paneled library, screening room and two powered rooms.
Outside amenities include, a tennis court with a viewing a pavilion and a guest house that provides a modern loft experience that accommodates a bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen. The walled, gated and well-screened for celebrity-style security and privacy mansion is said to have been purchased by filmmaker Eric Eisner and wife fashion designer Stacey Bendet Eisner.
