Kim Kardashian and Kanye West cause a stir as they arrive in Miami and take a walk around South Beach before having lunch and then heading off to a studio.

A group of fans surrounded the couple’s restaurant and were screaming their names as they left. The commotion could be in part due to Kim’s very sexy dress.
