Sheryl Crow Selling Hollywood Hills Compound
It’s reported that Sheryl Crow, who was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor, has listed her gated 11-acre compound in the Hollywood Hills with an asking price of $15.4 million. According to the reports, the compound includes three homes: a restored 1925 Spanish Revival main house with 5,437 square feet, 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms; a restored cottage built in 1885 that includes 1,334 square feet, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; and a 1909 Craftsman with 3,335 square feet and 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main home includes a double height foyer, step-down living room with vintage tiles, a library and half-vintage, half-modernized eat-in kitchen. The cottage is connected to the main home by a Brazilian Ironwood bridge that spans the driveway. Just above it is a negative-edge swimming pool and spa surrounded by decks. Above the pool area is the Craftsman home that features living and dining rooms, restored vintage appliances and other vintage fittings and a television viewing room. Crow purchased the main home in 1998 for $1.8 million and later that year purchased the other two homes for $3.3 million. Photos courtesy of realtor.com.
