Justin Bieber, Usher And Chantel Jeffries Parasailing In Panama

Justin Bieber went shirtless as his entourage, including model Chantel Jeffries and friend and singer Usher, enjoyed some downtime at Nitro City Panama Action Sports Resort in Punta Chame Beach in Panama today, parasailing off the beach. The group flew to Panama after Justin and friend Khalil Sharieff were arrested in Miami following a drag racing incident. Justin was seen on the parasailing boat smiling and laughing as his friend parasailed. He flashed a peace sign to the mobs of fans waiting on the beach. Once off the boat, his bodyguards protected him as he made his way through the huge crowd.
