Pregnant Kate Winslet looks beautiful in a red dress which shows off her growing baby bump as she arrives at the Mayfair Gala European Premiere of “Labor Pains” during the 57th BFI London Film Festival held at Odeon Leicester Square in London.

Also joining her was co-star Josh Brolin who looked dapper in a grey suit.
