What is Paris Hilton Wearing?!

Paris Hilton was in New York City yesterday to film a David Letterman appearance, and I can’t believe she went on national TV wearing that. I get that today is Election Day and she was trying to be patriotic (or something?), but did she really have to wear that dress? It looks like a gunnysack with a bow across the boobs and some spray painted stars on it. Did a family member in elementary school make it during arts and crafts time?

On the bright side, at least it didn’t have her name plastered all over it.
