Gwen Stefani Defies Age Leaving The Dentist In London On Her 42nd Birthday

Actress, singer and songwriter Gwen Stefani proved that age is merely a number today.  The 42-year-old beauty left her dentist’s office before going out to celebrate her birthday.

One of the chicest mom’s out there, Stefani wore a white sleeveless button up with a pair of black skinny pants and peep toed shoes.  Instead of her trademark red lipstick she went for a more toned down mauve color that perfectly complimented the look.

I wonder what Gwen’s hubby, Bush frontman Gavin Rossdale has planned for her birthday, perhaps a romantic dinner and a night on the town?

Whatever it is, I’m sure that her wardrobe change will be as stunning as the No Doubt singer, don’t you agree?
