Lady Gaga Colorful in LA

Just days after declaring a ‘pop emergency’ and releasing her new single “Applause” a week ahead of schedule, Lady Gaga stepped out of her LA hotel today wearing a black cape over an all-black outfit. Sporting long, brunette hair, Gaga accented the outfit with brightly colored makeup. Gaga released her single early after unauthorized versions of the song leaked out over the Internet last weekend. The song was originally meant to come out August 18. Gaga’s upcoming album, “ARTPOP,” is set for release November 11.
