Michael Jackson is Getting Sued…Again

Michael Jackson must have a half dozen lawyers on retainer, because he’s constantly getting sued. This time, a woman named Billie Jean Jackson is coming after him. She claims that she is the mother of Prince Michael Jackson II, also known as Blanket.

She’s seeking joint legal and physical custody of the 6-year-old, and is requesting visits with him on weekends along with participation in his education. Michael Jackson has refused to identify the mother of the boy since he was born in 2002, but has revealed that he was the product of artificial insemination. So far, two other women have filed similar lawsuits, both unsuccessful.

So, how much is Ms. Billie Jean asking for? Only $1 billion in child support. How reasonable of her! I’m surprised she didn’t go after more, which just goes to prove that she’s really only interested in the child’s welfare.

Of course, I’m being sarcastic. What I want to know is where this nutjob even found a lawyer to take her case! Are times so tough that lawyers are willing to take on just about any random case that might earn them a dollar, no matter how unlikely it is that the suit will be successful?

I think he should sue her for copyright infringement…there’s no way in hell her name is actually Billie Jean Jackson. I’m thinking the amount of $1 billion sounds about right. Oh, he should also go after her for lawyers fees. It’s too bad you can’t sue somebody for being stupid, because that lawsuit would be as good as money in the bank.
