Tila Tequila donned a red-hot barely there outfit for Bel-Air Magazine’s 1st annual Red Carpet “Howling Halloween” costume party in LA last night.

And Michael Lohan was an “arresting” sight in a police uniform complete with handcuffs which he used on a fellow guest… say no more!
