Kimora Lee Simmons Tries Selling Again

Kimora Lee Simmons is once again trying to sell her Beverly Hills home. She previously tried to sell it in 2010 asking $5.395m but didn’t have any bites. She has now re-listed it at a reduced price of $4.65m, which is $1.25 million less than what she paid for the estate in 2007.

The private estate sits in a gated community and has gone under extensive renovations (which cost more money) and includes 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. Outside there are sprawling lawns, a pool, gazebo and fireplace.
