Lil’ Wayne Better Start Bulking Up

…because he’s probably going to jail! The rapper pleaded GUILTY to attempted weapon position today, a charge which stems from a 2007 traffic stop, which resulted in a .40 caliber handgun being discovered on his tour bus.

He’s expected to be sentenced to a year in jail for his crime, but sentencing isn’t until February. Until then, he’s free on bail.

However, this doesn’t put an end to all of Lil Wayne’s legal woes. In fact, he still has to deal with a felony drug possession charge and weapon charges from a 2008 stop by the border patrol. Maybe next time he should just leave the guns at home, or hire somebody with a permit to carry them for him?
