Wearing a plunging, backless dress that left little to the imagination, Miley Cyrus attends the 2013 MTV European Music Awards held at Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam.

The revealing minidress featured images of rappers Biggie Smalls and Tupac Shakur and the words “Please Stop Violence” on it.
