Stephanie Pratt’s Birthday Party

Stephanie Pratt, who is famous because of her relation to Spencer Pratt, who is famous for his relationship with Heidi Montag, who is famous because she happened to be friends with a chick named L.C., who is famous for MTV following her every move for the last several years, had a birthday party in Vegas over the weekend.

I guess Stephanie is friends with Carey Heart (who totally melts mine) and Ben Lyons, because the two of them were also there to help her celebrate. It looks like somebody even went through the trouble of ordering her a sheet cake! How sweet!
