Chris Brown Arrested For Probation Violation
It’s reported that a warrant was issued for Chris Brown‘s arrest, today, after he reportedly violated a judge’s order by getting kicked out of his rehab facility. According to reports, Brown was sentenced to spend 90 days at a Malibu rehabilitation facility for anger management therapy as part of the beating case involving superstar and then girlfriend Rihanna. Brown served the 90 days, however, at the latest court hearing, the judge modified the terms, ordering Brown to remain in the facility while a Washington, D.C. assault case continued. Reports go on to say that Brown was kicked out of the facility for violating the facility’s internal rules. The reports also say that he was thrown out of another, earlier facility for throwing a rock at his mother’s car window. According to a statement from the Los Angeles Sheriffs Department, “… At about 2:00PM, Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff’s deputies arrested Suspect Brown for the warrant … Mr. Brown was cooperative when taken into custody. He is being held without bail … The warrant was issued related to assault with a deadly weapon and criminal threats crimes which occurred on February 7, 2009, in the City of Los Angeles. The incidents were investigated by the Los Angeles Police Department and prosecuted by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
