Paris Hilton Does the Ivy

Paris Hilton dined at the Ivy yesterday, and of course photographers were out in force to say hello. I’m beginning to think that lunch at the Ivy is part of a promotional tour of some sort. You start off with Letterman, move onto being a guest host of The View, sign records at the Virgin store in NYC and then dine at the Ivy to finish things off.
